Network Learnable Parameters - Deep Learning Dictionary

A learnable parameter is simply a parameter within a neural network that is learned by the network during training. Learnable parameters are also referred to as trainable parameters.

During the training process, a gradient descent-based optimization algorithm works to learn and optimize the weights and biases in a neural network to minimize its loss. These weights and biases are indeed learnable parameters.
